The Embassy of Rwanda to the Arab Republic of Egypt has started issuing consular cards to all Rwandans living in Egypt. In order to get the card, the following requirements must be submitted to the Embassy in full:

•    Photocopy of applicant Rwandan ID and proof of residency in Egypt.
•    One photo (passport size)
•    Dully filled application form
