The applicant must submit the following:

•    A request letter signed by the applicant addressed to the Ambassador
•    A copy of the applicant Rwandan identification card/ passport
•    Document(s) issued by a Rwandan competent authority stating the applicant’s parents, date and place of birth (Birth certificate from Rwanda).
•    Proof of Payment of 250 EGP into the Embassy’s Bank account with details below:
