AMBASSADOR CG DAN MUNYUZA PRESENTS CREDENTIALS TO THE CHAIRMAN OF LIBYA’S PRESIDENTIAL COUNCIL
On February 1, 2025, Ambassador CG Dan Munyuza presented his Letter of Credence to H.E. Mohamed al-Menfi, Chairman of Libya’s Presidential Council, officially assuming his role as Rwanda’s Ambassador to Libya with residence in Cairo.
During the ceremony, Ambassador Munyuza conveyed warm greetings from H.E. President Paul Kagame to H.E. Mohamed al-Menfi and reaffirmed his commitment to strengthening the relations between the two countries.
The discussions centered on further enhancing the already warm ties between Rwanda and Libya.
